This policy explains how KP Solutions (“we”, “us”), owned by Paul Costall, uses the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in, your postcode and your message, along with basic technical details (your browser type and a scrambled form of your IP address) that help us block spam.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, give you a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We don’t use them for marketing or automated decisions, and we never sell them.

Where it’s kept

The contact form is run for us by our website provider, Project Forward. Your enquiry is emailed to us, and a copy is stored securely on Google Firebase, part of Google Cloud. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work, and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Other services

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
